THE EXPIRY DATE OF THE PRE-ORDER/BACK-ORDER PRODUCTS
We will update our products’ information that shown in our website. Our sale catalogue will include the expiry date of all pre-order products for your easy reference and we will try hard to deliver the product to you on time.
The information below showed the delivery dates of all on-line orders:
Pre-order of ‘new release’ product
Hot items or newly released items that are available and will be delivered to customers within 1-2 days upon request prior to the released days as claimed by the suppliers.
Back-orders of ‘out of stock’ product
For those items that are of no exact shipment dates will be delivered to customers within 1-2 days whenever the stock is resumed to normal.
Products that will be delivered by shipping within 24 hrs
For those items that are available in our stock will be delivered to customers within 24 hours.
Products that will be delivered by shipping in 1-2 days
For those items that are either available in our stock or can be supplied by our sale partners will be delivered to customers in 24-48 hours.
Products that will be delivered by shipping in 2-4days
For those items that can only be supplied by our sale partners will be delivered to customers in 2-4 days.
Products that will be delivered by shipping within 1 week
For those items that are not available in our stock but can be supplied by our regional suppliers will be delivered to customers within 1 week.
Products that will be delivered by shipping in 1-2 weeks
It would take one to two weeks’ time to deliver those items that are going to be out of stock and cannot be supplied by the manufacturer at once.
Products that will be delivered by shipping in 2 weeks or above
As there maybe some items that are already out of stock in the market or because of problems arose by the manufacturer that production could not resume to normal, it may take 2 weeks or more to deliver this kind of sale items.
CANCELLATION OF THE ORDER
Please note: Cancellation of order will only be accepted prior to the shipping of goods or in the condition that the booking procedure has not yet be completed.
SHIPPING FORM
You can choose FedEx / UPSor other express and logistics company to arrange your delivery. You will be well informed of your delivery details through inputting the code numbers of your shipment.
Please be reminded that there are variations among countries with regard to the delivery charges. Moreover, custom duties and other taxes are not included in above-mentioned charge. Customers need to settle this kind of payment themselves and we do not take any responsibility for any mis-delivery caused by customers’ faults.

CHARGE AND TAXES
Taxes charged by government are not included in the payment, customers need to pay the relevant taxes, tolls or miscellaneous by themselves.
PRODUCT RETURN OR CASH REFUND
- Please note that in the normal situation or the faults not made by us, no cash refund or return of sale item is acceptable.
.- Return of sale items are accepted within 14 days. However, all sale items returned should be with original packing.
- So long if you find your product being broken or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 14 days starting from the date you receive the product. You can only return the sale item to us upon receiving our consent. Otherwise, it will not be accepted.
- Customers are requested to return the product to us with the most reliable transportation way, we will not bear any responsibility for any mismail.
- We do not pay any delivery charge.
